About the Namibian Employers Association

Established in 2006, the Namibian Employers Association (NEA) is registered under section 57 of the Namibia Labour Act 2007 (Act No. 11 of 2007) as the representative body for Namibian employers.

The NEA has adopted a holistic business model of being inclusive and gaining critical mass in becoming the premier voice on employment matters within Namibia. Keeping in line with this strategy, the association aspires to enhance its footprint and increase its visibility through synergy with stakeholders that share the same values.
