Henry C Bruwer
President
Henry C Bruwer is the current President of the Namibian Employers' Association (NEA), one of the largest employers' organizations in Namibia. Based in Windhoek, Henry is also a self-employed Labour Consultant and Corporate Coach specializing in labour relations and organizational leadership.
His contributions to national labour policy are extensive, having served on the 14th and 15th Labour Advisory Councils. He also served on key committees including the CDPR and the Exemptions and Variations Committees.
Henry has held board roles with the Social Security Commission and the Namibia Training Authority. With over 14 years of managerial experience across multiple industries, he brings strategic insight and a legacy of service.
Robin C Raines
Chairperson of the NEA Disciplinary Review Committee
Robin C Raines is a seasoned Namibian entrepreneur and labour expert who founded Labour Dynamics CC in 2001. With a specialization in human and industrial relations, conflict resolution, and training, Robin has built a strong reputation for providing practical and accessible solutions to labour-related challenges in Namibia.
With over 38 years of experience across industrial relations, human resources, sales, business management, and training, Robin began his career in junior management at a leading Namibian blue-chip company before transitioning into private consultancy.
An active participant in employer associations and councils, Robin regularly leads employer-focused training sessions, seminars, and negotiations with trade unions. He is also a published author of accessible guides on Namibian labour law, including "Easy Labour Law for Domestic Workers" and "Easy Labour Law for Farm Workers" in both English and Afrikaans.
Today, Robin continues to fulfill many of the training and development needs of clients, generously sharing decades of real-world expertise to empower employers and promote sound labour practices across the country.
Simon P Raines
Deputy General Secretary
Simon P Raines is the Deputy General Secretary of the Namibian Employers' Association (NEA) and Managing Member of Labour Dynamics. With over two decades of experience in labour relations, his leadership drives operational and strategic success.
A respected lead litigator, Simon has built a reputation for expertly navigating complex employment matters. His dedication to fairness and industry excellence has positioned Labour Dynamics as a national leader.
Simon also brings a background in Information Technology, with certifications in Network+ and A+, adding problem-solving strength to his labour consultancy expertise.
Griffort E Beukes
Board Chairman
Griffort E Beukes is Chairman of the Namibian Employers' Association (NEA) and currently serves as General Manager: Human Resources at Agra Ltd. His 30+ year career spans key HR leadership roles across Agra, Coca-Cola Namibia, ABSA, and Standard Bank.
He has held seats on various boards and national committees including the Namibia Training Authority (NTA), the Wholesale & Retail Trade Industry Skills Committee, and NABCOA. He has also served as Principal Officer and now Management Committee Member of the Agra Retirement Fund.
Griffort is known for his strategic governance work and deep understanding of organizational development across Namibia’s commercial and public sectors.
